How Does It Work?
By scanning a document, our automated form processing software CogniScan can create an electronic image from which information can be extracted.
In addition, if your requirement is to scan a variety of forms without sorting those forms into common batch types, we can create rules by identifying the colour, logo, structure or a combination of all three from the scanned form, and then automatically sort the image into separate areas.
