Index & Categorise

Index & Categorise was developed by Cognitronics to scan White Mail, extract key words and index & categorise upon captured content.

For example, a scenario where the white mail has a reference number somewhere within the letter body and you would like the letter to be indexed to that reference number, our software will automatically detect this field and index the image(s).

The categorisation comes in when, in addition to indexing from content, we can also look for other key words, and depending on those key words we can categorise 'like' document types together. This is useful for routing images of letters by content to the various departments within the business and is a vital element of Document Management within your business.
