CogniScan is a suite of software modules developed by Cognitronics Ltd, and is a software platform which provides the functionality and workflow for the data capture and imaging processes. The user-friendly modular design is truly scaleable and independent of scanner or document transport; from entry level scanners processing 40 documents per minute, up to multiple high speed transports processing in excess of 1700 documents per minute. These core modules form the backbone of the solution, and additional ‘scripting’ by our software technicians can customise the whole solution. Consequently, customers have the confidence that the core elements to their solution are proven, established modules being used in numerous sites within the UK, but still with the flexibility to enhance the solution to meet their individual needs.
