The SCN range of products are all automatic feeding peripherals with front and rear image capture, the rated speeds start at 40 documents per minute for the SCN4005 AF and progress to 150 documents per minute for the SCN6005 AF and SCN6010AF.
The SCN range in particular the SCN5005 AF, has been very successful for Cognitronics in the Banking sector, where as the SCN6005 AF is Cognitronics preferred entry level Document Processing peripheral.
Unique to this product range is the fact that they all use a common API, meaning as and when document volumes change, the scanner can be upgraded with no or very little change to the application, hence negating the need to re-write the application.
