Cognitronics is a privately owned British Company specialising in automated data capture systems and equipment.
The Company is financially strong, owning all it's own facilities, land, stock and fleet of vehicles without loan or debt of any kind.
This, together with substantial funds in the Bank makes for exceptionally low overheads which the Company is able to pass on to the customer in the form of outstanding value for money, products and excellent levels of support from top class specialist personnel.
Cognitronics Ltd was formed in February 1977 and has earned a reputation for expertise in the automated data input business and for excellence of customer support.
Most of the Company's personnel comprise engineers located throughout the UK and a team of support engineers and programmers located at Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Since incorporation, the Company has been the market leader in OCR page reading systems but is now able to provide a wide range of systems and equipment for the processing of most media and data types from page reading to high speed cheque reading, sorting and imaging.
The Company has a policy of keeping abreast of new development solutions to customer requirements, both current and projected, whilst continuing to provide support to existing customers for as long as required, which in some cases has exceeded fifteen years.
Cognitronics currently provides maintenance support to a large customer base within the UK, any of which would be pleased to provide a reference for our Company, quality of product and standard of the support service we provide.
