30 Years of Cognitronics!

2nd February 2007, Cognitronics celebrates 30 years of successful business with the promise and intention of much more to come.

The success of Cognitronics is owed largely to the knowledge, skills, expertise and above all, the commitment from all our employees over the years. What differentiates Cognitronics from the competition is that over half of the current team have been with us for over ten years and all of the team are totally committed to the continued success of all our Customers. Beyond that commitment there is no magic formula. If our Customers are successful then, so too, is Cognitronics. This has been proven time after time as our Customer base continues to grow and with many of our Customers on their second and third generation of solution from Cognitronics’.

When it comes to our industry there are not many companies that can boast that they have been around for 30 years and are still a major influence in the supply and support of leading edge technology in this field. Cognitronics is a privately owned company with complete financial control of our own business interests and maintains a focus that supports both new and existing Customers whilst embracing new technology to maintain our technological and competitive advantage.

Over the years, competitors have come and gone as new technologies lead organisations and suppliers to chase the next technology bandwagon. At Cognitronics we prefer a more measured approach which allows us to embrace new technology and blend it with tried and tested solutions with a proven and demonstrable track record. When considering a solution it is not all about technology, it is more about the best technology to meet the application requirements and the supplier’s ability to deliver benefits. Different documents clearly have different characteristics and different content requires different processing criteria. Likewise, the need for versatile scanning technology and the need for scalable and flexible software has never been more apparent. The key to the successful solution lies in the expertise to tune and optimise performance to deliver the required benefits.
